Digital Products — No Returns Policy

All products sold on SmartMeals & More are digital downloadable products. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

We do not offer refunds if:

  • You have downloaded or accessed the product
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the product by mistake after having read the full product description
  • You do not have the technical knowledge to use a PDF file

We do offer a full refund if:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
  • You were charged twice for the same order
  • The product you received is significantly different from what was described

To request a refund under the above conditions, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@smartmealsandmore.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issue fairly and promptly.
